Rates & Rental Policies
Rates for Vista del Sol are $150* per night for up to two(2) guests, plus 6.5% sales tax & fees.
Each additional person is $10 per night. A maximum of six(6) people can stay on the property.
Each reservation must be guaranteed with valid credit card number. The first night base rate deposit is required for all reservations. Deposit is applied to room charges and the balance is due at check-in date.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card deposit is processed at time of booking. Cash payments are accepted for the remainder of the stay, but you need to notify us if paying cash.
Check-in any time after 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the property. You may smoke outside.
Pets are allowed, but must be crated if left inside and on a leash outside. Any damages will be charged.
Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked up to one(1) year in advance.
Minimum rental on weekends is two(2) nights. Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account.
Owner/management is not liable or responsible for damages/losses to any guest's property or person. Waiver must be signed to ride on our property. Under Oklahoma law -We are not liable or responsible for Injury to or the death of participants in Equine activities, resulting from the inherent risks of such equine activities-.
If you need to cancel, please call and notify us as soon as possible. Email and voice-mail cancellations are not acceptable. You will need a confirmation of cancellation from us.
If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the reservation period, we will refund your credit card deposit less $15 for credit card processing fees.
A cancellation received fewer than 30 days before the reservation period will forfeit the deposit of one half the rental cost unless we can re-book the reservation. If we can rebook the reservation, we will only charge a $50 cancellation fee.
A cancellation within 7 days of arrival will be responsible for each night booked unless we can rebook. If we can rebook, we will charge one nights stay.
"No-shows" who do not cancel will be charged the full nights reserved. No exceptions, sorry.
